In this interviewed with Younes Boumehdi, CEO of Hit Radio, we talk about the different steps he went through to built a radio group with an international reach and the potential of exporting Moroccan culture.
I really insisted on questions about how to reach local success in a small-sized market before going international and the relevance of tapping into multiple export markets without finding a winning business model, which I feel angered Younes. I am sorry for that, however, I think it is fair game as insisting on such questions is what makes an interview interesting. In this case, I think the quality of insights Younes Boumehdi gives, are indeed valuable. Let me know what you think about that.
Also check out our Facebook live, we talk about elections and politics in the second part of the interview.
